Hugs Foster Family Agency is a non-profit 501(3)c charity dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and stable homes to foster children.  It is our  believe that all children deserve to live in a home where they are well cared for and loved.

Although we are located in Temecula, California, we serve children from Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange counties. These children, through no fault of their own, cannot live with their biological families and need someone to care for them who will ensure that they feel loved and that their basic needs are met.

When children require additional assistance due to a medical need, they are placed in one of our specially designated medically fragile homes. These homes receive additional training to meet the needs of the particular child placed in their home. We have specially trained nurses and other staff to support and train parents providing care to children with special medical needs.

Our foster parents come from a variety of backgrounds, education, and experience. Some are married, some are not; some have children, some do not. They all share a common desire to help children and they all have a special ability to love children. Our social workers assist the families by providing education, training and support to enable the foster parents meet their goals in providing for the children in their care.
